Ingredients:
1 package of yeast puff pastry
2 onions
2 carrots
400 g of mushrooms
350 g of hard cheese
200 g of ham
2 tomatoes of your choice
salt, pepper
sour cream

Preparation:
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots and fry in oil. Also fry the mushrooms, cut into slices, until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the ham into cubes, grate the cheese.

Meanwhile, roll out the defrosted dough to the size of your baking dish. Place it in a mold, making the sides up to 4 centimeters. Place the carrots and onions on the dough and sprinkle with some of the grated cheese.
Then place the mushrooms and ham. Make a net of sour cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. If desired, place tomato slices on top. Place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes. Delicious!
