Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
130 g prunes
200 g cucumbers
5 eggs
70 g walnuts
herbs to taste

Preparation:
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, add bay leaf, onion and allspice. To assemble the salad, you will need a ring with a diameter of 16-20 cm. You can do without it, but it will be neater with a ring.
Cut all the ingredients into strips, grate the yolk, chop the nuts. Place on a plate in layers. First, chicken, prunes, cucumber, egg white, yolk, and then nuts.
Tamp each layer and spread with mayonnaise, or make a mesh out of mayonnaise. You can decorate the top with pomegranate seeds and herbs. Remove the ring after a few hours, when it has infused. Enjoy!
