Ingredients for the dough:
250 g flour
60 g sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
100 g butter
50 g sour cream
1 egg

Topping:
500 g sour cream
3 eggs
120 g sugar
30 g starch
5 apples

Preparation:
Sift the flour, add the sugar and baking powder, mix everything. Then add the cold butter and rub everything into crumbs. After that, add the egg, sour cream and knead the dough. Put it in the mold, level it, forming the bottom and sides of the pie.
Put the mold with the dough in the refrigerator. In the meantime, make the topping by mixing all the ingredients. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Place on top of the pie, pour the topping on top. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
