Recipe for an incredibly delicious green tomato salad for the winter

If you don't know what to do with green tomatoes that didn't have time to ripen before the cold weather, then this recipe is for you. Read, cook and enjoy in winter.

Ingredients:
3 kg of tomatoes
1 kg of sweet pepper
1.5 kg of onion
1.5 kg of carrots
300 g of sugar
100 g of salt
300 g of oil
150 g of vinegar
Preparation:
Prepare all the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes, onion, pepper into strips, and grate the carrots. Mix the vegetables with oil, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Leave for 1 hour to infuse and release juice.
Then put it to boil for 50 minutes, then add vinegar and boil for 5 minutes. Arrange the salad in sterile jars, close with lids, turn upside down and cover with a blanket to let stand until completely cooled. Enjoy!
