Ingredients:
400 g of red fish
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
2 potatoes
100 ml of cream
2 l of water
seasoning
herbs
salt, pepper
bay leaf
Preparation:
Fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrot in a thick-bottomed saucepan until soft. Dice the tomato and simmer for a few more minutes, then add the diced potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Pour boiling water, add the bay leaf and cook until the potatoes are tender. Then add the red fish cut into pieces, pour in the warmed cream. Mix well, add the herbs and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!
