Ingredients:
250 g broccoli
300 g chicken fillet
8 cherry tomatoes
50 g walnuts
100 g hard cheese
4 tbsp. l. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. mustard

Preparation:
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water with spices and leave to cool. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut into small pieces and boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
Throw it on a sieve and let it cool. Meanwhile, cut the fillet into strips, grate the cheese, chop the nuts, and cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces. Put everything in a bowl, add the yogurt and mustard. Mix thoroughly and serve. Enjoy!
