Ingredients:
lettuce leaves
persimmon
ham or prosciutto
camembert
walnuts

Dressing:
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
0.5 tsp. mustard

Preparation:
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, place on a plate. Cut the persimmon into slices and place on the salad.
Choose ripe persimmons so that they are not tart. Then arrange the ham and Camembert, sliced into slices.
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour over the salad. You can sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped nuts on top. Enjoy!
