Preparation:
Chop the chicken and sausages and fry them in oil over high heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring so that they do not burn. It is better to do this immediately in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Then add the grated carrots and chopped onions.
Fry over medium heat. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes, add to the pan and cover with water.
