Recipe for Carpathian soup with mushrooms

If you haven't made mushroom soup yet, you should try it at least once. Read the recipe in detail, cook and taste.

Details

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
1 melted cheese< br> 100 g of dried porcini mushrooms or 600 g of fresh
50 g of oil
200 g of onion
250 g of carrots
3 tbsp. l. flour
300 g of sour cream
2 liters of water
salt
pepper

Preparation

If you have dried mushrooms, then pour boiling water for half an hour. In the meantime, peel and cut the potatoes and put them to boil. Chop and fry the mushrooms, then add them to the potatoes.

Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots, add flour and oil to them and mix well with the carrots and onions. Put more sour cream, salt and pepper and pour a ladle of broth. Mix everything well.

Add grated melted cheese to the soup, thoroughly mix everything until a homogeneous mass. Transfer to a saucepan, stir and cook for another 15 minutes. Delicious!
