To prepare a cheese casserole with banana and raisins that both children and adults will eat, it is important to pay attention to the balance of ingredients and a few secrets that will make it tender and tasty. Banana can completely replace sugar or partially.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
- 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina
- 1 large banana
- 50 g raisins
- A pinch of salt to balance the flavors
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter
First, soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes to make them juicy. Cut half the banana into slices, and mash the rest with a fork until puree. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, semolina, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Add the banana puree and raisins, which will give the casserole its natural sweetness and juiciness. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the cheese mixture. Decorate with banana slices on top, which will give the casserole an appetizing look. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
It is important to use full-fat cheese – this will make the texture of the casserole more tender. If you want to freshen up the taste a little, add a pinch of lemon zest. You can serve the casserole with honey or sour cream – this will make it even tastier and healthier.
