150 g of heavy sour cream

Preparation:
Sift flour, add cooled butter, salt, vanilla and rub everything into crumbs. Then add the cooled sour cream and start kneading the dough first with a spoon, then with your hand.

Form the dough into a ball, you don't need to knead for a long time. Divide it into 4 parts and put it under a film in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that, take the dough, roll it into a circle and divide it into 8 parts. Put the currant jam in the middle of each piece and twist it in the shape of a bagel.

Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in the oven to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Roll the finished bagels in powdered sugar. Delicious!
