Recipe for delicious gingerbread cookies for children

Did you know that cookies can not only become a delicacy, but also turn into a small masterpiece? Ginger cookies are not only about taste, but also about creativity, especially if you involve children in their preparation.
Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- butter – 100 g
- sugar – 100 g
- honey – 2 tbsp. l.
- ground ginger – 1 tsp. l.
- cinnamon – 1 tsp.
- baking soda – 1 tsp.
- egg – 1 pc.
Melt butter, add sugar and honey. Mix well until the mass becomes homogeneous. In a bowl, mix flour, soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients, add egg and knead the dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, cut out figures using molds. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
Ginger gives the cookies a light spicy flavor, and also helps to warm up in cold weather. By the way, if you want the cookies to remain soft, do not overdry them in the oven.
