Ingredients for 4 1 liter jars:
2 kg of cauliflower
1 kg of sweet pepper
2 carrots
4 onions
Marinade:
- 200 ml of oil
- 150 ml of vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp. salt
- 120 g of sugar
- spices to taste (coriander, pepper, garlic)
Preparation:
Divide the cabbage into florets and boil for 4-5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then drain the water. In the meantime, grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings and the sweet pepper into strips.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the cabbage. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix and put under pressure. Let it stand for 1-2 days and you can enjoy. Delicious!
