Ingredients:
0.5 kg of fresh cabbage
0.5 kg of sauerkraut
1 carrot
1 onion
1 kg of pork ribs
3-4 tomatoes or tomato paste
50 g of dried mushrooms
salt, pepper, spices to taste
Preparation:
Soak the mushrooms, dice the onion, grate the carrots. Chop and fry the ribs until browned, remove the ribs into a bowl, fry the onions and carrots in this pan. Chop the cabbage and add to the frying pan along with the sauerkraut and mushrooms. fry for 10 minutes.
Then combine the cabbage with the meat, add spices and a little water. Simmer the cabbage with the meat for 30 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes or tomato paste, bay leaf, salt, pepper and simmer for another 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
