Ingredients:
135 g flour
2 eggs
150 g sugar
100 g butter
200 g pumpkin
1 tsp. l. with a slide of baking powder
1 tsp. l. cinnamon
peel of one orange
30 g of walnuts

Icing:
50 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp. l. orange juice

Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar for 4 minutes to form a lush mass. Add the melted butter and beat.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Give it a quick stir to combine the ingredients. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater and add to the dough together with the peel and nuts.
Put the dough in a form covered with parchment and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour glaze over the finished cake. Delicious!
