1 kg of cabbage
200 g of carrots
5 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. l. oil
4 tbsp. l. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1.5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground black pepper
red chili pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation:
Cut the cabbage into squares, grate the carrots, mash well with your hands. Add salt, sugar, coriander, pepper, turmeric and garlic.
Season everything with vinegar and add hot oil. Mix thoroughly, and after an hour, mix again and leave for 5 hours. After that, you can taste it. Delicious!
