Ingredients:
1 kg of lard
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
dried garlic to taste
paprika to taste
1 tbsp. l. oil
For the marinade:
2 tbsp. l. ketchup
1 tsp. l. mustard
1 tsp. l. honey
1 tsp. l. teriyaki sauce
Preparation:
Cut the lard into strips, without cutting all the way through. Mix the salt, spices and oil. Spread the lard well and wrap in foil.
Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix everything for the marinade, remove the lard and grease. Put in the oven for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
