Recipe for making delicious Hutsul banosh

Banosh is a traditional Hutsul dish that is incredibly delicious. It is served with cracklings, mushrooms and brynza. Read the recipe in detail, cook and enjoy.

Ingredients:
250 ml of heavy cream
250 ml of water
80 g of corn grits
3 tbsp. sour cream
salt

feta cheese
champignons
onion
cream or sour cream
salt
pepper

Preparation:
Finely chop the champignons, fry until golden brown, add finely chopped onion, fry, salt, pepper. Cut the champignons into slices, fry, add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Salt, pepper, add cream or sour cream, heat for a minute. Pour water and cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour in the corn grits, stirring constantly. Salt and add sour cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Then cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve with fried pork belly, mushrooms and feta cheese. Enjoy!
