Recipe for natural jelly from homemade compote

Do you have leftover homemade compote and don't know what to do with it? Turn it into a delicate, fragrant jelly! You will have a quick way to use up leftover compote to create a light and healthy dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of compote (any to your taste)
  • 20 g of gelatin
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar (if necessary)

First, soak the gelatin in a small amount of cold water for 5-10 minutes. Heat the compote without bringing it to a boil so that the taste is not lost, and add sugar if you want a sweeter taste.

Then add the gelatin and stir well until it is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into molds and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until the jelly hardens. And the most pleasant thing remains – to taste with the certainty that there are no flavorings or dyes!
