Ingredients:

400 g mushrooms
1 large onion
50 g butter
40 g oil
400 g chicken fillet
180 g hard cheese
1 tbsp. flour
200 ml cream
nutmeg
salt, pepper
Preparation:

Wash and dice the mushrooms and onion. Heat a frying pan with oil and butter and fry the onion until golden. Then add the mushrooms and fry them together with the onion for 5 minutes.

After that, put the diced chicken fillet in the pan and fry for 4 minutes. Then pour in the cream and simmer everything together over low heat for 3-5 minutes.

After that, add salt, pepper, nutmeg and flour and mix thoroughly. After that, put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Delicious!
