Red fish baked with vegetables in the oven

Ingredients:

Red fish steaks
carrots, broccoli, pepper, tomatoes
salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano to taste

Preparation:

Wash the fish and dry it with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, pour over lemon juice and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.

Cut the tomatoes in half, the pepper into strips, and divide the broccoli into florets. Salt the vegetables, pour over olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 200 degrees. Vegetables for 25-40 minutes, and fish for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
