  • 100 gr. soft cheese
  • 1 pc. Avocado (140 gr.)
  • 1 pc. Thin baguette
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Method of preparation

    1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl.

    2. We take ripe soft avocado, cut it in half and remove the bone. Use a spoon to remove the flesh and grind it with a plug.

    3. Put the avocado pulp in cheese, add lemon juice and a small pinch of salt.

    4. Mix well and the mixture is ready. It turns out to be airy, gentle with excellent creamy taste. And its color is beautiful.

    5. To prepare the snack, we take any slightly salted red fish (it is better, of course, to saline yourself). Cut the fish into thin slices or small cubes.

    6. Cut a thin baguette into slices. Put a delicate mixture of cheese and avocado (1 tsp. With a large slide) on the pieces of baguette and make a spoon in the middle of the recess.

    7. Salmon pieces are beautifully placed in the recess.

    8. Ready sandwiches with a red slave are placed on plates or boards of serving, supplemented with branches of dill and served on a table. It turns out a gentle, beautiful and incredibly delicious snack.
