Ingredients:
500 g of puff pastry
400 g of red fish
100 g of spinach
150 g of cream cheese
1 yolk
sesame seeds

Preparation:
Defrost the dough, salt and pepper the fish. Chop the spinach and sauté in butter for 2-3 minutes. After it cools down, mix it with cream cheese. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out a little. Place the cheese mixture in the middle of the dough, then the fish.
Roll it into a tight roll, pinch the edges. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment, make cuts in the dough with a sharp knife. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
