Regular exercise reduces the risk of breast cancer

An international study showed that regular exercise reduces the risk of breast tumors. It was conducted by scientists from Australia, Great Britain and the USA.

An observation involving more than 100,000 women found that more training time and less sitting time reduces the risk of breast tumors. In the course of this work, genetic analysis was used to establish cause-and-effect relationships between the level of sports and the probability of the appearance of insidious tumors. A total of 130,957 women participated in the study, and 76,505 of them experienced breast cancer.

Previous work has already shown a link between exercise and cancer, but not exactly cause and effect. That is, to confirm whether exercise really reduces the risk of cancer, or whether other factors influence it, since a person who plays sports is traditionally more attentive to his health.

Scientists have proven the presence of a cause-and-effect effect. Physical activity actually reduced the probability of all types of breast tumors, as shown by Mendeleev randomization, with the help of which a cause-and-effect relationship was discovered. This technology takes into account genetic versions as a replacement for certain traits – in the current work, the level of loads and time without movements.
