White cabbage needs attention. It should be well steamed or boiled, disassembled into leaves, which sometimes have to be cleaned separately from rough parts.
Try to replace it with Chinese cabbage. The structure of the vegetable is more delicate, so there is no need to fight separately for its softness. It is not necessary to boil, the leaves are easily removed – solid advantages. Cabbage dumplings made from Beijing cabbage are prepared in the same way as from white cabbage.
