Ribs can be deliciously prepared not only in the oven. If you have no desire to light it, then the frying pan will quickly solve this issue. With this recipe, you will prepare ribs so delicious that they will surpass those cooked in the oven.
Ingredients
You will need the following components:
- pork ribs – 1 kg;
- honey – 2 tablespoons;
- garlic — 6-7 cloves;
- orange juice — 200 ml;
- hot pepper;
- ginger;
- ground black pepper.
How to cook
Remove the film from the ribs and cut them into equal pieces. Place on a heated pan and fry until golden brown. Then sprinkle with pepper and salt. Place on a plate for now.
Finely chop a small piece of ginger root, as well as garlic and hot pepper. Use pepper to your taste, because the level of spiciness should be to your liking. Heat everything together in the pan for about 20-30 seconds and return the ribs to the pan.
Now pour in the orange juice and add the honey. Turn the heat down, cover the pan and continue cooking for an hour. You need to evaporate the moisture, and then you can serve. Delicious!
