Ribs with an incredible taste thanks to a special marinade

Soft, fragrant, juicy… It seems there is no better snack! But this is if you marinate them in this mixture. Be sure to try to cook.
When cooking for 1 kg of meat:
- Onion – 1 pc. (large)
- Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
- Honey – 1 tsp.
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Pepper – 0.5 tsp.
< li>Salt – 1 tbsp. l
Divide the ribs into portions and work on the marinade, because it will give the ribs a special taste.
< p>Cut the onion into half rings, add salt and mash well so that the onion releases its juice. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the onion. Add honey, mustard, pepper and rub the mixture with your hands. Coat the meat with it and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. If time permits, you can add more.
Bake in the oven or grill on skewers until done.
