Covering material

It is believed that a lot, if not everything, depends on the covering material. Sometimes you can see that they are wrapped in several layers and additionally covered with film on top.

After all, you need to know that protection for the plant is created thanks to the air layer. It is better to make a frame and cover it with a spunbond with a density of 60 g/sq m. There is no need to make the shelter warmer and denser, because the roses can freeze.

Pulling up all roses

Not all roses need to be pulled up. Only self-rooted ones. For the rest, there is a high risk of diaper rash and cracking of the bark due to temperature changes. The remaining varieties can survive the winter without this procedure.
