Ingredients:
- Boiled beef tongue – 360 g

- Mushrooms – 180 g
- Sales cucumbers – 210 g
- Bulgar pepper – 150 g
- Olives – 100 g
- Grained mustard – 40 g
- Olive oil – 80 g
- Parsley – 10 g
Method of preparation:
- Cut the pre-boiled tongue into small square pieces.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and lightly fry them in an almost dry pan.
- Bake the peppers on the grill or in the oven, cool and peel them.
- Cut all the ingredients into cubes and mix thoroughly.
- Mix olive oil with mustard and add to the salad.
