Salad with beef tongue: not only tasty, but also healthy

Today we bring to your attention a delicious, delicate salad with tongue. This salad is always a success and can take a worthy place not only on your festive table, but also just for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef tongue – 360 g

  • Mushrooms – 180 g
  • Sales cucumbers – 210 g
  • Bulgar pepper – 150 g
  • Olives – 100 g
  • Grained mustard – 40 g
  • Olive oil – 80 g
  • Parsley – 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the pre-boiled tongue into small square pieces.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and lightly fry them in an almost dry pan.
  3. Bake the peppers on the grill or in the oven, cool and peel them.
  4. Cut all the ingredients into cubes and mix thoroughly.
  5. Mix olive oil with mustard and add to the salad.
