Sandwich spread with sardines, eggs and processed cheese

I offer you a wonderful hearty snack that is prepared very quickly and will appeal to lovers of canned fish. For a snack with a piece of loaf and hot tea – a great option. To prepare this spread, it is advisable to use homemade mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 tsp. l.
  • Sardines in oil – 240 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt to taste
  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Favorite herbs

Preparation method:

  1. In the bowl of a food processor (metal knife attachment), combine mayonnaise and peeled and chopped onion.
  2. Crush until smooth. Excess liquid can be drained.
  3. Add boiled eggs and processed cheese.
  4. Crush well again.
  5. Add sardines without oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Turn on the chopper for 1 minute.

The spread is ready. Enjoy!
