Sauce for the most tender chicken meat

Cook the chicken with a sauce that makes it very tender. For this recipe, take individual parts of the bird. If you have a whole chicken, cut it into portions. It can be served with your favorite side dish.

Products and preparations

  • chicken – 1 kg;
  • kefir – 0.3 l;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • salt – to taste;
  • spices and spices – to taste.

Garlic is crushed (crushed or chopped) and mixed with chicken and spices. They can be to your taste. Choose your favorites: black pepper, Caucasian or Italian herbs, paprika, thyme, a mixture of peppers, etc. Each piece of chicken should be rubbed well so that the meat absorbs the taste and aroma.
