To prepare this dish, you need the same amount of peas and cabbage. Soak the peas overnight, then cook until tender (but be careful not to overcook). Cabbage should be boiled for 15 minutes, drained, cut into smaller pieces and mixed with peas.
It is especially tasty when you season such a dish with onions fried in oil. Mix again and serve hot. The dish is not only useful, it can diversify the menu of your family
