The nutritionist informed that sauerkraut is rich in vitamin C, which is important for good vascular tone and the condition of the vascular wall. Thus, the product helps protect against heart attack.

The specialist emphasized that sauerkraut can be prepared without using salt. The nutritionist advised using berries for the fermentation effect.

You need to chop the cabbage, pour water, add lingonberries, cranberries, a little carrot and simply put a load on top. Fermentation will begin in six hours. Vitamin C will be concentrated.
