The named product is extremely useful for the human body, and it has healing properties, scientists note. Observations were carried out for five years, after which the researchers summarized the results of the experiment.
They found out that with the daily consumption of 28 grams of walnuts, the risk of early death from heart disease is significantly reduced. During the entire observation period, 323 people died, and 80 men and women died due to heart disease.
Experts concluded that with the daily consumption of at least 90 grams of walnuts, there is a significant reduction in the risk of early death from negative factors, including oncology and heart damage. The named product strengthens human health and prolongs life.
