Scientists from the US have named 7 main factors affecting heart health

According to experts, the positive impact of all seven factors on the heart occurs in only 2% of people on Earth.

A study by scientists from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) showed what conditions must be met for a person to have high cardiovascular health indicators – experts identified 7 main factors that influence this.

The researchers analyzed data from 74,701 people. First, the subjects completed a questionnaire with questions about their general health, and then for four years they regularly underwent medical examinations and passed laboratory tests. After that, they were observed for another five years, carefully tracking all cases of cardiovascular diseases.

Scientists from the United States stated that only about 19% of the project participants received a high score. According to the scientists, these volunteers had a 79% lower risk of developing heart disease in the next five years than those who received a low score.
