Scientists from the USA have identified three stages of human aging

A group of scientists from Stanford University presented their theory of aging. American researchers found the version about daily aging to be dubious. Scientists have assumed that in fact a person ages in three stages.
They base such conclusions on the conducted experience, during which 4263 people aged from 18 to 95 years were studied. It turned out that the blood plasma of different age groups contains different amounts of proteins. At the same time, their share remained unchanged for decades.
According to the data, such fluctuations at the protein level are associated with changes in the body at a certain age.
The theory was confirmed by experiments on mice that were transfused blood from younger individuals. The connection between protein cells in the blood and aging was not found, but experiments showed a positive effect of “young” blood on older individuals.
