Scientists have determined what time is better to drink coffee

Some drink coffee for breakfast after a sleepless night, believing that this daily ritual will give them a boost of vitality. However, scientists have found out that this is not the best time to drink an aromatic drink.

A person who drank coffee for breakfast runs the risk of changing the process of sugar absorption in the body during the day. British scientists studied the effect of morning coffee on people after one sleepless night. They found out that a cup of coffee on an empty stomach reduced the level of glucose metabolism by 50%.

Researchers recommend eating first thing in the morning and only then drinking coffee – so the sugar balance in the body will not be disturbed.
