Scientists have discovered a connection between the change in a woman's voice and the level of fertility

Scientists from James Madison University and the University of Florida conducted a study that showed a link between a woman's voice change and fertility levels. According to experts, sweet-talking serves as a signal of reproductive status.
Armed with this information, experts divided the recordings into four groups: those recorded during periods of high and low fertility without the use of contraceptives by women and with similar conditions with the use of drugs. The results showed that a vocal quality known as “voice flicker” was significantly lower among women in the first group during their fertile periods. The same was true for low levels of “voice tremor.” Both factors produce a clear, healthy, and sweeter-sounding voice.
It’s worth noting another point. The researchers found no differences among women who used birth control pills. It’s likely that the hormones responsible for voice changes during the menstrual cycle are “turned off” by the pills.
