Canadian and Iranian scientists from They found out which products are used to prolong life.
In the course of the research, the scientists exposed more than 40 scientific works over the past 30 years. The total number of volunteers who participated in them was approximately 120 thousand people, with an age range from 18 to 98 years.
As a result, the authors of the work found out that the key element in extending life is the consumption of vegetable food containing omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. Among them are flax seeds, nuts, soybeans and a little canola.
Scientists have indicated that in cases of frequent consumption of these products, the probability of death from all causes decreased.
