Thanks to eating very early, you can significantly reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. This is the opinion of scientists. According to them, if a person eats breakfast before eight o'clock in the morning, the level of sugar in his blood drops significantly.
It turned out that this is connected with the body's resistance to insulin. People who eat breakfast late or don't eat breakfast at all have a very high resistance to insulin, which leads to spikes in blood sugar. Almost all people who ate before eight in the morning had minimal insulin resistance.
Thanks to this, their blood sugar levels remained normal throughout the day.
