Scientists from the University of Pennsylvania found out how long the perfect sex should last. As the study showed, it does not take much time.

Contrary to the general opinion “the longer, the better”, American experts came to the conclusion that that sexual intercourse lasting from 7 to 13 minutes is considered optimal. The short one falls within the period from 3 to 7 minutes, and the one from half an hour is already long. Such results are based on the study of the data of psychologists and doctors, as well as surveys of several thousand men and women.

Scientists do not stop talking about the fact that sex is not the place. The main rule is that the process suits both partners in terms of rhythm and duration. But it is also necessary to maintain a balance in frequency. Sexologists point out that increased sexual activity can lead to mental and health problems. There is also an addiction to self-gratification.
