Scientists have found the relationship between eating and biological clock

Research on Scientists Finished by Medical Research Council (MRC) eating. Experts believe that this improved understanding can lead to new ways of weakening the disease associated with night work or changing time zones. This relationship is very important, and the violations associated with night work or travel with time zones can be harmful to health. It is important to note that it is believed that eating in an unusual time is the main cause of impaired circadian rhythm. However, it was not known before how the body's clock reacts at the time of eating. Scientists at the MRC Molecular Biology Laboratory (LMB) in Cambridge and their colleagues from Manchester University have been able to determine in their study that insulin serves as a major signal that helps to report food time to cellular hours throughout the body and thus enhance the circadian rhythm. The experiments were conducted on cultivated cells that were later reproduced on mice, which confirmed the conclusions. O'nil.
