Specialists from the state of Pennsylvania (USA) confirmed that people who eat 40 to 80 g of pistachios every day have low lipoprotein density, or the so-called bad cholesterol, is 11.6% lower than in those who do not like these nuts.
Eating pistachios reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases by reducing cholesterol levels.
