Scientists have found a connection between their certain types and the risk of developing cancer, cardiovascular and fatal diseases. Materials of 45 studies from 64 publications were used for the analysis.

Experts also advise choosing brown rice and whole grain pasta for your table. They are naturally rich in fiber, which helps a person feel full and satisfied. Whole grains should make up a little more than a third of your diet.
“There was little evidence of a longevity association with refined grains, white rice, regular rice, or whole grains,” the researchers note.
