Scientists: Lack of a bedtime routine increases the risk of depression

A bedtime routine sleep has a serious impact on human health. According to scientists, the lack of such a schedule increases the risk of developing depression.

As part of the study, scientists directly measured the sleep duration and mood of more than 2,000 first-year students of a medical institution. It was found that volunteers with a variable sleep pattern complained more often of bad mood and rated depression symptoms highly in their questionnaires.

As the experts specify, different sleep times really increased the chances of depression and this happened to the same extent as the lack night rest in general. Presumably, synchronization with circadian rhythms is very important for a person's mental health, as is having enough hours for the body to rest.

Deterioration in mood is also often observed in the cold season, and we still have to wait for consistently warm weather. at least 2 months. Doctors recommend diversifying your diet with certain foods that will help you avoid depression and always be in a good mood.
