Scientists named 3 products that will help prevent early death

Simple and logical the approach to increasing life expectancy is to delay and prevent disease. Therefore, maintaining a healthy diet may be one of the most important factors in determining the number of years lived.

A growing body of evidence shows that a low intake of saturated fat and a high intake of fatty acids can prevent disease. In particular, three foods when consumed in large quantities can reduce the risk of early death by 10 percent.

In a new study, scientists found that eating large amounts of nuts, seeds and vegetable oils reduces the risk of early death.

A meta-analysis showed that plants rich in omega-3 – soybeans and flax seeds – have a particularly strong protective effect against cardiovascular diseases.

The team determined that a higher intake of alpha- of linolenic acid (ALA), about 1.6 grams per day, can reduce the risk of all-cause mortality by 10 percent compared to those who ate lower amounts.

ALA is the most abundant essential polyunsaturated fatty acid, available in plant sources.

This nutrient is also necessary for normal human growth and development. Heart disease mortality was also lower among people who ate fewer ALA-rich foods. ALA reduced the chances of dying from cardiovascular diseases by 8%.
