It turned out that the weakest link among blood groups is the fourth, which is considered the youngest. First of all, this applies to those who have a negative Rh factor.

Experts recommend that owners of this blood group beware of several health risks. It is noted that the possibility of encountering senile dementia increases.

In this case, the risk is higher by about 82%, if compared with owners of other blood types. Other possible “side effects” relate to weakened immunity, it is recommended to use fatty, spicy and fried food with caution.
