Scientists trying to find ways to reverse the aging process, it has long been argued that, first of all, it is necessary to improve the way of life.

A study of 9,000 adults found that these changes stop occurring in unhealthy people. As a result, three main bacteria that promote healthy aging were identified: Bacteroides, Akkermansia and Christensenella. All of them were associated with reduced inflammation, improved carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, as well as optimal weight.

Eating vegetables

Fermented foods
