Scientists reported that cholesterol is good for the liver

Research has shown that there is a type of HDL cholesterol that called HDL3 by scientists – it is useful for the liver.
HDL-cholesterol is known as “good”. The components of its high-density lipoprotein have the ability to attach to the “bad” cholesterol that blocks the arteries and affect its disposal.
Researchers representing the University of Washington reported that “one type of high-density lipoprotein plays an earlier role an unknown role in protecting the liver from damage”.
Researchers state that the benefit of this type of cholesterol for the liver is primarily related to its blocking effect on intestinal gram-negative bacteria that produce specific inflammatory molecules, lipopolysaccharides.
Immune cells are activated under their influence, which contribute to inflammation in the liver and the development of associated diseases. They can be, for example, fatty liver disease, as well as fibrosis with the formation of scar tissue.
