Scientists spoke about the benefits of drinking water in the morning. However, there is a category of people who are not recommended to drink liquid immediately after waking up. For example, these are patients with dyskinesia of the biliary tract and erosive gastritis.
Experts believe that a person's bad health occurs as a result of a lack of moisture in the body. Dehydration can cause headaches, weight gain, dry skin and depression. For this reason, it is better to control fluid intake. There is a medical norm of water consumption, according to which a person should drink 30 ml of liquid per 1 kg of body weight per day.
In order to start metabolic processes in the body in the morning, it is necessary to give preference to 200 ml of water. For taste, you can add a slice of lemon. After 30 minutes, have breakfast and drink coffee. Also, all other meals must be started with liquid. In this way, a person does not overeat, and a small portion is enough for satiation. Thanks to this, you can get rid of extra pounds or keep in shape. Experts do not recommend drinking food and liquids within 30 minutes after eating. It is able to remove digestive enzymes and dissolve gastric juice, slowing down the digestion process.
Do not follow the advice, according to which you need to drink 3 liters of liquid during training. This amount can disrupt the balance of electrolytes and trace elements that do not have time to recover. The nutritionist said that people diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia and erosive gastritis are not recommended to drink water after sleep. They need to have breakfast right away, because the liquid drunk on an empty stomach can provoke the release of bile, which they also already have. If there is a feeling of deterioration of health, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
